HISTORY

Nation Warranty Corporation has been licensed as a Motor Vehicle Service Agreement Company (FL License #60063) and regulated by the Florida Department of Financial Services - Office of Insurance Regulation since 1988. Our company has established a proven track record of successfully developing top-notch extended warranty and maintenance programs. In addition, we administer ancillary programs such as Vehicle Protection, Tire & Wheel, and GAP. Our turn-key services include: 1) ongoing administration; 2) design and implementation of marketing materials; 3) personnel training in sales, service, finance, and accounting; 4) progress updates to management; 5) claims authorization; and 6) underwriting and claims reimbursement processing. Also, we provide several optional services such as private labeling and call center capabilities for customer follow-up, service reminders, and offer our products directly to the public through direct mail and the Web.

FINANCIAL STABILITY

In Florida, a licensed motor vehicle service agreement company can purchase and maintain contractual liability insurance from an insurer that is approved by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FOIR) for their regulated programs or they can establish and maintain unearned premium reserves under the direct supervision and custodial control of the FOIR. The FOIR will immediately suspend the operations of any company that fails to meet their strict criteria and will assume control of their obligations. As of July 1, 2005, our programs are back by A-rated property and casualty insurers.
